Chocolatey Coconut Breakfast Oats

Oats make an easy, balanced breakfast and the slow, energy releasing properties keep me full until lunchtime. One cup of cooked oatmeal contains around 150 calories, four grams of fibre and six grams of protein. It is also rich in zinc, manganese, selenium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and tons of other important nutrients that our body needs to function properly. A bowl of oats in the morning is also the perfect breakfast for anyone who is gluten intolerant as they are naturally gluten free

Ingredients:

1 Cup rolled oats⠀

500ml coconut milk⠀

1/2 tbsp Green and Blacks cocoa powder⠀
